We compare the complete delivered price, not just the advertised part price. This means we compare the competitor’s part price plus delivery with CouchGuard’s part price plus delivery.
What qualifies?
- The competitor’s item must be the identical replacement part.
- The part must be currently in stock and available to purchase.
- The competitor must be an Australian supplier.
- The comparison must use the complete delivered price, including delivery charges.

Before You Buy a Replacement Part
Replacement parts can look similar while having different model numbers, dimensions, connectors or mounting points. Before ordering:
- Check the original part for a manufacturer label, model number or part number.
- Compare the connector type, dimensions and mounting points with the product listing.
- Check the product description and compatibility guidance carefully.
- Contact CouchGuard with clear photos if you are unsure which part you need.
Additional Checks for Electrical Parts
- Check that the green light on the power supply is on.
- Check the leads and connections for visible damage.
- Check whether the switch is faulty.
- If possible, test the actuator in another compatible recliner.
These checks may help identify the fault, avoid replacing a working part and save you hundreds of dollars.
Selected Product Warranties
The following warranties apply to the listed products:
- 24-month warranty on all compatible actuators.
- 24-month warranty on all genuine Okin and TiMOTION actuators.
- 12-month warranty on all genuine Kaidi, eMoMo and Mulin actuators.
- 24-month manufacturer warranty on 6000mAh and 3950mAh batteries purchased on or after 11 September 2026.
- 12-month manufacturer warranty on the 2550mAh battery pack.
All actuators supplied by CouchGuard are tested by the manufacturer before leaving its facility. If a defect becomes apparent, contact us promptly with your order details so we can assess the product under the applicable warranty.
