The 6000mAh Battery Pack  is the biggest and best solution on the market to run you lift or reclining chairs. If you have purchased a new lounge suite with a console that uses a 2-pin connection, this 6000mAh battery pack is required for operation.

This battery pack is also recommended for lift chair applications.

Please note that consoles remain continuously powered and draw a constant supply of energy. Because of this, more frequent charging cycles are recommended to maintain performance.

While this battery pack is suitable for most compatible consoles, compatibility cannot be guaranteed in every case.

When charging 4 LED lights will flash in turn, this indicates a 25% 50% 75% 100% capacity.

If all 4 LED lights are on but no flashing the battery is fully charged.

Over Charge

Power pack shutoff automatically, when the charging voltage of the integrated power pack is higher than 29.4V±0.3V, or the charging voltage of battery cell is higher than 4.25V, until the charging display shows full bars and the Power Pack stops charging. To charge fully from flat the time is approx. 24hrs.

Over Discharge

When the discharging voltage of integrated power pack is lower than 16.8V - 21.0V,or when the voltage of any one of battery cell is lower than 2.5V, power pack will shut down automatically.

Over Current

The max output instant current of power pack is between 14A and 20A, if over this range, power pack will cut off immediately. When return to normal loading, Power pack can recover after cool down and recharge.

Short Circuit

Power Pack will cut off at once, when Power Pack short circuit. It will protect the electrical equipment and itself not to be damaged by over current. Power pack can recover once faulty released and charge in advance.

Do you stock Pegar recline parts?

No unfortunately. Pegar handles have been obsolete for many years and we don’t stock any cables suitable.

How do you measure a recliner spring?

Recliner springs are measured by the overall length. You’ll find a break down of each recliner spring on each of the products pages. Simply click or tap on the “Measuring” tab.

Can I get a different shade brown?

No. There is only 1 colour brown available worldwide. There is no choice what shade of brown it is sorry.

My recliner handle measures 113mm x 70mm. Will your handles still fit?

Yes. There can be a couple mm tolerances in the measurements given.

My recliner handle measures 11cm x 7cm. Will your handles still fit?

Yes. Converted to millimetres is 110mm x 70mm.

How do you measure a recliner cable? You need to remove the trigger and cable from the recliner, disconnect the cable from the handle and use the Cable Cheat Sheet that is on the website.

How do I measure a recliner cable?

Click or Tap on the “Measuring” tab on the products page and follow the Cable Cheat Sheet to measure your cable correctly. Make sure you disconnect your cable from the handle before measuring. If you cable has broken the barrel off of the end, simply add that measurement, 3.5 or 6mm to the overall length measurement.
