Raffel cupholder and matching control-box kit

This genuine Raffel Systems kit includes the cupholder and matching control box for compatible electric recliners with power recline and power headrest functions. The two supplied components carry the label references CHB R2ULBL 15 and JCT CHB R2ULBL 15. Compare both references with your original equipment.

The cupholder combines touch-button controls for recliner functions, USB-A charging and an ambient LED lighting ring inside the cupholder base.

Why we supply both components

We supply the cupholder and control box together because the fault can be in either component. Replacing only the cupholder may leave the problem unresolved if the control box is faulty. Supplying both parts does not guarantee a fix for every fault; the power supply, wiring and motors may also need checking.

Wiring and connections

The cupholder controller connects through its dedicated companion JCT-series control box. It does not connect directly to the chair motors.

• Cupholder to control box: one inline communication lead from the cupholder base to the matching control-box port.
• Main power input: two-pin O/I connection on the control box, with one flat blade and one round pin, for connection to the compatible power supply.
• Motor outputs: dedicated multi-pin actuator connection ports on the control-box housing.

Check compatibility before ordering

Match both component label references, the cupholder mounting opening, control-box details, connector arrangement, motor configuration and electrical requirements against your existing equipment. A 29V supply or similar-looking two-pin connector alone does not establish compatibility; polarity and the complete system must also match. The labels' PO reference is not a model number.
