Compatibility

Order by the exact control-box model, part number and connector layout, not the chair brand, Platinum range or 55T designation alone. Before ordering, confirm 4M3-LAZ or 10.000104 on the original controller and compare every socket, plug, mounting point and connected component.

If you are unsure, call or email CouchGuard with clear photos of the complete original label, every socket and plug, and the connected handset and actuators so we can help compare the system.

Installation guidance

Disconnect the chair from mains power before replacing the control box. Photograph and label each original connection, transfer only matching plugs to matching sockets, secure the box away from moving parts and pinch points, then restore power and test each function.
